Characters
- Renamed 'Attack Rate' to 'Attack Speed'.
Amazon
- Bloodlust: duration now increases by 2 seconds per character level.
- Balefire: now strikes through enemies, potentially hitting multiple targets if they are lined up.
- Fairy Ring: reduced seek range to 13 yards (this is a buff) and removed skill timer, but also reduced attack cooldown to 0.8 seconds from 0.6 seconds.
Assassin
- Barrier Strike: removed ND; increased damage; increased duration to 2 seconds; blades are now destroyed on collision, preventing a giant number of hits from occurring if the target is unable to get knocked back.
- Batstrike: charm charge now has a max radius of 6.6 yards, up from 3.3 yards.
- Beacon: rescaled base damage so it no longer overflows.
- Electrofield Sentry: increased maximum base damage to 11 from 9.
- Maelstrom MkIII: doubled flechette damage from dexterity.
- Starburst: damage now split between magic and physical damage.
- Wychwind: updated desc to reflect the fact that it is the same as in 1.Z9.
Barbarian
- Earthquake: increased number of missiles from 30 to 40; procs now have the correct number of missiles.
Druid
- Pummel: increased splash radius from 7.0 to 9.3 yards.
- Idol of Scosglen: velocity penalty now decreases until it becomes a velocity bonus, capping out at +100%.
Necromancer
- Fireheart Totem: now fires 2 shots per target.
Paladin
Holy
- Colosseum: added slow; now works reliably.
Unholy
- Slayer: now correctly shoots 15 missiles.
- Symphony of Destruction: reduced minimum damage.
- Superbeast: no idea why this is no longer dispelled by potions. The states are the same so wtf. Anyway it's not a bug but a feature then.
Neutral
- Light and Shadow: no longer disabled until you choose a holy or unholy skill.
Sorceress
- Abyss: reverted to 1.Z9 functionality; fixed x3 hit bug; increased damage.
- Familiar: now grants +1 skill level per 4 hard points, up from 5.
- Firedance: now properly considered a buff skill so it is not blocked by Baneblade; added 25% skill IAS bonus; duration increased to 30 seconds.
- Miasma: increased debuff radius to match graphical aoe.
- Snow Queen: defense bonus increased to 40 from 25.
- Summon Ice Elementals: now benefits from Snow Queen.
- Warp Armor: increased defense bonus per level to 7% from 5%.
Other
- Celerity: no longer mutually exclusive with healing potions.
- Hammertime: now correctly works as a proc again.
- OHMAN: skill timer reduced to 1.6 seconds from 3.0 seconds.
- Static Ward: fixed description.
- Tantrum: submissiles are no longer destroyed on collision, but there is now also a short ND of 4.

Magic and rare affixes
- Enabled Cyclone oskill on quivers.
- Added 2% chance to cast Unseelie Curse (that thing darkfey monsters hose you with) on kill affix to rings.
Misc
- The new gem types can now be upgraded at a gem shrine. (rad82)
Monsters
- Mangler: reduced Storm Crows level.
Uberlevels
- Removed darkfey3 (Enchantress) from the uberlevel pool.
